My hope is that you meet yourself where you're at and embrace the body you're in to lead your own movement. I am your guide. With ego's left at the door, join me in moving this week.

POWER
Enjoy building the heat and creating a touch of sweat? This Power flow is just thing thing... with a little bit more spice thrown in.
I always offer more accessible poses for those at the start of their yoga journey, and demonstrate the challenging aspects if you’re ready to test yourself.
These classes let you focus on strength, balance and building heat. Power Hatha is dynamic yet fluid, focusing on yoga as well as some fitness based movements thrown in. There’s a challenge, but feel relaxed when you leave.

YIN
If you feel you need a moment in time just for you, Yin is a perfect place to start.
For 90 minutes, Yin lets you explore your own energy, and delve into softness as you move slowly & quietly while staying cool. This class offers another way of creating self-awareness of body and thought,
Picture bolsters, blankets, jumpers and comfort. Poses are held for up to 5 minutes to reach a softening of fascia and muscles, as well as letting you tap into your meridians - your energy lines.
