Not just giving you a good old stretch, it’s guiding an experience. One that is felt by the whole body in a deeper level. With assisted stretching the stretch is done for you so you’re able to focus on relaxing and find more range of motion.

These table-based assisted stretches focus on easing into your body’s connective tissues, muscles and joints. After an initial assessment, together we’ll tailor your session to your body’s needs through varied moving stretches and positions. Your nervous system will down-regulate through flow and breath.

This is very different to self-stretching. It is a relaxing experience and you will leave feeling lengthened and reset. As you relax on the bed you can be quiet or chatty, it’s entirely up to you. I will be checking in through-out to see how each stretch is feeling as i’m guided by your feedback. You won’t be pushed into pain, more opened up into the realms of a juicy yummy sensation.

Who’s it for?

Have a body? you’re in! Anyone can experience this as you as an individual will determine how we approach the session to what your needs are.

It’s incredibly beneficial for those who do sports for recovery and to also improve mobility in their own training. Additionally those who are less mobile or just feel stiff will massively feel the effects of more gentle stretches.

The beauty is in a pattern. One session will be impactful as your body takes a big sigh. Repeat sessions is where you’ll feel the longer term effects of movement and ease in yourself. It all depends on your goal. Evidence shows that the brain learns through repetition, and to learn to release and soften again and again can never be a bad thing.

60 mins for full (recommended) are £70

30 mins for focus areas are £38
