Booking a private class with me can be the start of a new you!
Perhaps it's a 1-1 for you to work through an injury, to focus on a pose, or to flow within the safety of just us together.
A couples class may be what you're after, with a loved one or friend. If this is more your cup of tea, I can tailor this too for your specific requirements.
Or a group event might be what you are picturing. This can range from a Birthday class, a Hen-Do morning, a mini-break away class or any other reason you want to indulge yourself and others.
In each scenario, we will have an initial consultation where we discuss what you're after. We will then find a date for your class, and your excitement can start!
