Hi, I’m Jen

Yoga teacher, Indian head masseuse, anatomy nerd & wannabe surfer

My yoga life started from a personal place of wanting to settle my mental health and love myself again, and this is why I became a teacher. The profound strength I rediscovered in yoga is what I strive to bring out for you too.

Movement is the root of what I love teaching, believing that consciously doing so brings boundless benefits to one’s self. This I offer through flows of Vinyasa, Power, Restorative and Yin classes. What you can expect is a warm space and smiling face, guiding you with anatomical cues to help you find the best sensations for your body. With a balance of slow and fiery movements,  there’s the use of breath work and sometimes meditation to help ground you - but don’t expect anything too spiritual or chanting.

Yoga is at the core of my movement, but I love a balance so I sup, walk, swim - ocean preferably, and use weight sessions to mix into my life.

I really look forward to chatting and welcoming you to a class soon where we can move together.
